London-based Bella Freud will launch Psychoanalysis, a new fragrance, later this month. Psychoanalysis is a tribute to the designer's great grandfather.
The notes feature neroli, petitgrain and tobacco flower.
Bella Freud Psychoanalysis will debut at Liberty, £165 for 100 ml Eau de Parfum (there will also be a matching candle).

What kind of psychoanalysis is this?
The kind where the analyst smokes a pipe?
Oops…cigar, see below.
I like both Ginsberg is God ( dusty, dry, grassy) and 1970 ( boozy) because they have a bit of character and identity without being too try-hard or serious…probably in the same vein as ELDO perfumes. So this could be good. I’m guessing it will be the same perfumer?
No idea, sorry!
And tobacco flower! He essentially died of oral cancer, presumably from his heavy cigar smoking. Although in the end it was an overdose of morphine that actually caused his death.
Cigar, thank you, thought it was a pipe but I was wrong!
