I’m really shocked at how smart of an idea this is and the fact that Chanel is doing it.

They have done them before, more than once — last one I know of had 11 fragrances.
When was the last time they did one? I’m still new-ish (5 or so years) to my perfume habit and I’ve never seen one until now. I’ve seen minis and even have a vintage one, but I thought these sets were a thing of the past that wouldn’t happen again.
It looks like there was a set of 11 Exclusifs EDT minis that came out around 2009. I’m on a similar timeline perfume-wise; I started getting really interested in 2010, so just missed the boat on that one. I do remember wishing and hoping for a coffret exactly like this (well…exactly like this but less expensive). I am still so excited to finally see it

I can see myself arranging those bottles for hours just to start rearranging them again. There’s something about multiple items in a box that just so satisfying.
But since I really don’t like Chanel’s Gardenia, I won’t pay for something that distracts from perfection. Which is great, because I can’t even pretend to myself I could afford it anyway.
