Le Roi Sapin (green candle, shown top right) ~ "Festive Fir Tree — A woody Resinic accord. Fir balsam, pine and artemisia."
The Diptyque Épices et Délices, Un Encens Étoilé and Le Roi Sapin candles are $35 each for a 70g mini candle (burn time 30 hours) or $70 for the full-sized 190g (burn time 60 hours). A coffret with three mini candles is $100.

Crap.More eyecandy for the wishlist….It would look fantastic displayed along with the Diptyque advent calender…
LOL — yes, it would, good thinking!
I might be tempted this year, the gingerbread one especially. Sadly this year the packaging does not really inspire me.
They are pretty, but not not nearly as spectacular as some past years, and possibly my least favorite since I started posting them in 2007.
all of their holiday collection this year reminds me of Edward Gorey.
Agreed re packaging – looks almost cheap – hopefully better “in person”. I tend to pick these up half price in Space NK summer sale. So I’ll look forward to burning these next Christmas 😉
I have a couple of their holiday candles, but nothing beats Pomander from their main line. I splurge on one every winter.
