Cartier will launch La Panthère Édition Soir, a new flanker to 2014's La Panthère fragrance for women. La Panthère Édition Soir follows 2015's La Panthère Eau de Parfum Légère.
La Panthère Édition Soir was developed by perfumer Mathilde Laurent. It is described as an evening version of the original La Panthère, with a more intense animalic musky base under a floral bouquet.
Cartier La Panthère Édition Soir will be available in 50 and 75 ml Eau de Parfum.

Wow, I thought the original already had a good amount of animalic bent to it already. I’m guessing they’ll up the civet for this version. If so, that might be a bit too potent for my taste.
Yeah, I thought the original was already ideal for evening, myself! But I AM curious to smell this one.
Sort of doubt it will be all that animalic, but you never know.
I really need to try this version of La Panthere. I really wanted to like the original but didn’t quite fall for it. Maybe this will be the version that works for me.
I didn’t fall for it either…
It’s probably my imagination but the panther cutout seems to be taking on some humanoid features, kinda creeping* me out to be perfectly honest.
* although still not creepier than the Marni doll!
It is partially the angle of this shot — I think it looks less menacing in the straight on angle.
Really want to try this! I love (and own) the original, and have forgotten about Eau Légère.
