British niche line Jo Loves will introduce Red Truffle 21, a new fragrance, in October. Red Truffle 21 was inspired by the shaved truffle on a pasta dish in Harry's Bar, London.
Red Truffle 21 features notes of black pepper, bergamot, mandarin, pine, fig & fig leaf, juniper, truffle, vetiver and patchouli.
Jo Loves Red Truffle 21 will be available in 30 and 100 ml.

Fig and I don’t have a good relationship, so that makes me a little nervous. But pasta is the key to my heart, and I think I’d try any scent inspired by pasta (assuming I ever see it in stores). If only it were tomato and tomato leaf instead of fig.
my sentiments exactly.
Well, it was the shaved truffle part that apparently caught her fancy, mind you…I don’t think we’ll get any durum wheat here 🙂
Fig and caviar for Womanity, fig and truffle for Jo:) Let’s see..
Yep!
Maybe this could be my replacement for the discontinued Wild Fig and Cassis. Maybe not. I can’t wait for this line to hit the US. Can’t wait to try Red Truffle!
I just can’t wrap my head around these notes. They don’t compute! I feel I might be lacking imagination here, as all I can think of is that it might be an interesting smell, but I have failed to understand what this could be as a perfume. Which probably means I’ll try it. 😉
My thoughts too, Holly. I just can’t warm (pun not intended) to the thought of walking around smelling like a pasta dish. Even if it’s just my lack of imagination, you have to wonder at the marketing “inspiration.”
I like chocolate truffles. Not the same thing, right? 😉
