Boucheron will launch Place Vendôme White Gold, a new limited edition fragrance for women, next month. Place Vendôme White Gold is a flanker to 2013's Place Vendôme.
The woody floriental features notes of pear, bergamot, pink pepper, jasmine, peony, pomegranate, cedar, vanilla and sandalwood.
Boucheron Place Vendôme White Gold will be available in 100 ml Eau de Parfum.

Boucheron went down hill, I did sniff the first Vendome. I was like why is a juice like this in such a nice bottle? Too bad
They have not really done anything fantastic during my time as a perfumista. Have not yet smelled Quatre though.
I really feel as if Boucheron perfumes have been on a downward trajectory since day one. The original women’s and men’s scents (especially the men’s EDP) were genuinely great, though massive in that eighties style. Jaipur and Jaipur Homme were very good. Initial was okay. Trouble was fun but sort of ridiculous. And nothing since then (I admit to not having smelled every flanker) has been any good at all.
Moving from L’Oreal to InterParfums does not seem to have shaken things up much.
That was *exactly* what I thought when I smelt Vendome. The bottle was exquisite, you could honestly sell it as an ornament. But when I spritzed and sniffed, my head recoiled from the sugary fruitiness. It was completely incongruous to the gorgeous expensive looking bottle. Am still really tempted to buy one just as a pretty decorative object!
