Update: the description..."Discover a vegetal leather accord at the heart and the base of the sillage. Bertrand Duchaufour creates the fragrance like a sculptor and brings out green notes with the freshness of basil and tangerine right behind a vibrant and sparkling champagne note and the spice of the nutmeg, whereas mahogany with soft aromatic leather touch and vanilla bring a sensual angle in the light of a extremely luxurious musk. A scent, a flower, a name, I miss Violet evokes a fragile and subtle delicacy of emotions of a secret love..."
This sounds fascinating.
Hopefully!
Is it my imagination or are perfume prices rising?? That’s right at $190 for 50 mls.
Well, they are definitely rising but also this is their more expensive collection — only 4 fragrances counting this one
I actually read “Excessive Collection” as “Expensive Collection”…
Hah! I didn’t realize it was a real thing and thought the excessive collection was sarcasm because it was excessively expensive …
Ha….same difference!
I’m really curious about this one – I like violet and I tend to like The Different Company scents, I own three of them.
Oooh…lovely notes..let’s hope it is as interesting as it sounds 🙂
I can’t even imagine what this smells like but it does sound interesting…
Oh, this sounds fantastic…the basil note especially.
