What is it: a 50 ml bottle of Aerin Rose de Grasse, used for testing.

I live in the US. My bottles of Chinatown, Success is a Job in New York, Oud Wood, Noir de Noir, Patou Pour Homme are all worth every penny. Currently my favorite fragrance that contains rose is Incense Oud (By Kilian).
As always, thanks for the giveaways! 🙂
I live in the US!
My Amouage Beloved Woman is worth every penny. Love it!
Thank you SO much for this giveaway! Of course you can use my email! 😀
I live in the US and you can use my email.
VCA Bois d’Iris is worth every penny!
I don’t have many Rose perfumes at the moment. I am getting fired up to get some samples, tho. My current rose is Tokyo Milk Waltz, which is as much Linden as it is Rose. I wore Paris back in the day when it was the big new perfume. I had a friend who was sort of anosmic(sp?)to that and sprayed about a third of my bottle on herself one day. Her car smelled incredible for a long long time.
Roja Dove’s Unspoken was definitely worth the $150 plus I spent on it several years ago, and my favorite rose is Lalique’s Perles de Lalique, it’s so warm and peppery! I live in the USA and I’d love to try Aerin’s new rose.
I live in the US
Thanks for the contest!
I am also an Amouage lover-Journey is worth every penny.
Very spicy and sexy
I live in the US.
My most expensive purchase to date – Amouage Journey Woman – was more than worth it. I think others that I might get soon include Anubis and Coromandel.
So far my favorite rose fragrance has been L’ombre dans L’eau.
I live in the US!
Favorite Rose perfume would have to be Stella by Stella McCartney. Got it for a college graduation gift in 2004, and wearing it got mW through a stressful teaching job that year. Students loved it and were calmer when they smelled it in the room.
Also, my mother loved it, and anything that smelled rosy made her think I was wearing it. She has since passed and wearing it makes me think of her 🙂
Thank you kindly, Robin!
I do indeed live in the U.S., AND I have no regrets about spending $200-some on Bois d’Iris by Van Cleef and Arpels. Also, at present, my favorite rose is La Fille de Berlin, but that may change as I continue my rose exploration.
Again – thank you thank you!
I live in the USA.
So many are worth the money, but the one I’ve seriously considered dropping big bucks for is Carnal Flower.
Thanks for the giveaway!
You have my permission to use my email and I live in the US of A.
I have never regretted any expensive fragrance I’ve bought… The Party in Manhattan, Jubilation 25, By Killian Pure Oud and Back to Black, Joy, Fleur de The Rose Bulgare… all more than worth it!
My favorite rose is Annick Goutal’s Rose Absolue, but I adore all roses and would love to have this one. Thanks for a chance to own it!
I live in the U.S. I have too many that I think were worth more than $150 to list; so I will say my favorite rose perfumes are Shiseido White Rose and Creed FdTRB. I am aching to try M. Micallef’s Rose Extreme.
Thanks for the chance!
I live in the US, and my most recent expensive FB purchases were Amouage Gold Woman and Jub 25, both definitely worth every penny.
I live in the U.S! A fragrance that I think is worth the money would definitely be Tom Ford’s Black Orchid! Worth every penny of its $159.99! Thank you, Robin! I hope to test this!
Hi Robin! I live in the US.
I personally do not own any perfumes that cost more than 150 dollars, but I’m lusting after Gold Leather, which I think would be worth it’s 200-ish price tag. VC&A’s California Reverie may also be worth its 185 price tag despite its sheerness and fleeting scent. It’s just so damn pretty while it’s there…
I’ve been searching for a rose fragrance to love, I struck out with PHI and San Francisco Rose, so I think my 2 favorites are La Fille de Berlin and Dame Perfumery Scottsdale’s Desert Rose.
Thanks for the generous draw! 🙂
A fragrance that costs more than $150 and worth every penny? There aren’t many, but I’m going to have to say L’Heure Bleue in pure parfum. Oh, and I live in the US 🙂
I Live In The U.S. All my Info Is Up-to-Date.
A. Tom Ford Private Blend Champaca Absolute… I’d Bathe in that if i could get enough of it… Worth every cent and then some!
B. Crabtree and Evelyn Evelyn… A beautiful True rose interpretation with Notes of Watermelon and Peach and just EXQUISITE!
I live in the US! A frag that is worth $150+ and coincidentally also my favorite rose fragrance is Neela Vemeire’s Mohur. It’s opulent and complex, and lovely even on days when I accidentally spritz on a bit too much.
I live in the US. My favorite rose, which is worth every penny of its not quite $150 price tag, is Voleur de Roses.
I am in Massachusetts USA.
Probably gonna hate me for this but I love the rose in Mademoiselle.
There I said it. 😉
I live in the US and was thinking about the Aerin Rose last night…obsession never sleeps. As a newbie of less than a year, I can say with certainty that Lipstick Rose is worth the $150+. It makes me happy and has such a very different quality from everything else I wear. I love Hermes: Vanille Galante, Jour d’Hermes + Absolu, Eau de Merveilles + L’Ambre. Prada Candy, Un Bois Vanille, Guerlain Terracotta – yummers. My favorite rose beside Lipstick Rose is YSL Paris. Love your blog and this is my very first post on any blog anywhere. That’s how friendly the perfume community seems!! Email me any time.
I live in the US. A $150+ fragrance that is worth every penny is Tom Ford Oud Fleur. A little goes a long way!
Thanks for the draw Robin! I live in the US and you may use my email.
I usually go for 15ml travel sizes, so although I love Osmanthe Yunnan, I haven’t spent the money on a full size bottle. As for roses, I am living in Caron Parfum Sacré this winter!
I live in the snowy (so over it) northeastern part of the US.
My over $150 bottle of perfume that is well worth the price is Musc Nomade by Annick Goutal. I love this warm, quirky scent.
As far as rose fragrances, my favorite one (this month) is Quel Amour, also by the house of Goutal.
I live in the US. To address both a & b, I’d have to go with Mohur. I’m sure Mohur Extrait would fit the bill too, but I’ve never had the chance to try it!
I live in the U.S. and you may use my email.
Worth $150: Chanel Bois Des Iles Parfum.
Favorite rose scent: Currently, YR Rose Absolute, with its delightful and lingering cinnamon trail.
Thank you, Robin!
I live in the US, and you may use my email to contact me if I win (fingers crossed!).
My “worth every penny” fragrance is Bond No. 9 Chinatown, because I never fail to get compliments when I wear it, so I always spray it on when I need a confidence boost!
I live in the US and my favorite Rose is the Lancôme Mille et un Rose, one of the prettiest rose fragrances ever created and so hard to find at a reasonable price. Other rose favorites are FM Lipstick Rose, the gorgeous Slumberhouse Sadanna and of course TF Noir de Noir and all of them are worth every penny to me 🙂
I live in the US. I have yet to spend $150 on a single bottle. I just can’t do it. My favorite rose scent is Rose Anonyme.
I do live in the U.S., and Carnal Flower was worth shelling out for. Am glad my bottle is a couple of years old!
I live in the U.S., and my $150+ fragrance that’s worth every penny is Caron Tabac Blond. I sound like a broken record today, but I Just Can’t Help Myself. 🙂
I live in the US, and I think my Cartier Basier Vole Essence was worth every penny, with my Tom Ford Black Orchid coming in at a close second. Haha! Thanks for the chance NST!
I live in the US, and I think that Amouage Memoir Woman is definitely worth every penny over $150 that it is. I am sure of a few more, but that’s enough for now. My fav rose fragrance is Ta’if. Thanks for the draw!
I live in the US. My favorite rose fragrance at the moment is Rosine Un Zeste de Rose.
Lately Tom Ford Shanghai Lily is my favorite in the above $150 category. I love it, but there are so many wonderful scents that are so overpriced (perhaps including this one). I love a perfume that I can spray with abandon without worrying that I’ll soon run out! I’m I wrong to feel this way?? I’m in the US. Thanks soooo much!
Hi Robin, Thanks for the give away opportunity. I live in the US.
My favorite and worth every penny rose perfume is PHI.
Hedonist Eau de Parfum by Viktoria Minya is worth every penny. I live in the USA.
Thanks for the chance!
I live in the US. My favorite rose perfume is Lancome Mille et Une Rose, closely followed by Yves Rocher Rose Absolute.
Attrape Coeur was one of the few perfumes that I would say was worth it’s price – the new version they have of it in London is pushing it at about $500 a bottle. I very much share your perspective on how great it would be if more perfumes were offered in 15 ml bottles.
Thanks, Robin, for the giveaway. I’ve really been looking forward to trying Rose de Grasse.
PS. Have you seen the Great British Baking Show on PBS? It’s fantastic with a friendly approach and clever desserts.
I am liking the Kiehl’s Aromatic Blends: Patchouli & Fresh Rose fragrance at the moment. Thank you for the give away and I live in the US.
Thanks so much for the draw. I live in the US and email on file is correct.
My $150+ worth it perfumes are: Frederic Malle’s Une Rose and Amouage Lyric Woman (although that’s almost more about the incense).
I live in the U.S.
Worth every penny: Chanel 31, Rue Cambon, Amouage Jubilation Woman, my bell jar of SL Iris Silver Mist.
Favorite rose: Hard one. Right now I’m really liking MCMC Kept as a reasonably priced, not too weird rose. Depending on mood, though, I also like Eau d’Italie Paestum Rose or TDC Rose Poivree or Le Feu d’Issey.
I live in the U.S.A. and you have permission to use my email address. Montale Black Aoud is my favourite rose perfume. Thanks for the giveaway, Robin!
I live in the US and my favorite rose is FM Une Rose. Thanks for the opportunity!
I live in the US. My answer to both questions is….Annick Goutal Rose Absolue! Simply the softest, dreamiest rose ever.
Hi! I live in the US…and Ormonde Jayne Woman was the best $150 perfume I have ever bought! So worth it. I love this one….
I live in the US. My favorite rose fragrance, which also costs more than $150 and is worth every penny, is Shiseido White Rose.
I live in the US, use, but please don’t abuse my email address.
Bulgarian Rose Otto!!. (It’s costs over $150, my favorite rose scent, and this is a comment that I’ve wanted to make since this happened). A friend, chef by trade uses it in some of his dishes. He stopped by my office after picking some up from a new supplier. He gave me a drop on my wrist to try. It changed my life. I’d been in a deep funk for some months. Family member is ill, gritty stuff of life, sort of stuff. I cannot over estimate how much the smell lifted my spirits, changed my attitude!!The effect lasted for days after the scent faded. It sounds completely corny – but it’s true!!! I credit Rose Otto for saved my sanity. I wear it sparingly but it truly is everything they say it is and more!!!
I live in the US – The bottle of Amouage Memoir was over $150, and I can’t say I regret it. I still find it fascinating.
Easy two-fer: Malle Lipstick Rose, totally worth the money! (and yes I live in the US) 🙂
I live in the US. My bottle of Rubj was totally worth it. So was my big ole bottle of Mitzah. Not a shred of regret.
Hi Robin! I live in the US. My big bottle of Iris Nazarena, while not cheap, was completely worth it. My favorite rose was more of a bargain: Eau de Protection. Thanks for the draw!
I’m in the US.
My favorite rose fragrances are YSL Paris (unmistakable), Rose Ikebana (delicate), and PW Tea Rose (realistic).
I love rose fragrances. They remind me of my grandmother’s Rose Milk lotion. Comfy, happy, sweet!
I live in the U.S.
I have never bought a bottle of perfume that cost over $150, but I am seriously considering Coromandel and Hermes Ambre Narguile, both of which I *think* cost over $150.
I live in the US, and my favorite rose fragrance is Lumiere Noire pour homme. I didn’t love it at first, but it has slowly grown on me–now I can’t put it down! Time to order a new decant…
Thanks for the draw!
I live in the US!
There only perfume I’ve paid about $150 for is Ume by Keiko Mecheri. The packaging alone was worth that much, unfortunately my cat broke the bottle and I haven’t bothered to buy it since then.
Thank you so much for the contest.
Thank for the draw, Robin. I live in the USA, but on my first visit to Paris, I spent well over $150 for Une Rose…..still my favorite rose and worth every euro.
I recently tried Neela Vermeire’s Mohur, and thought it was a lovely take on rose. Definitely US, would love to be entered, thanks so much!
I live in the U.S. and Rose Flash is my latest favorite rose.
Why is $150 a tidy some in the real world and Monopoly money in perfume land? Dunno, but I think I am right.
Myrrhe Imperiale is worth that much to me, only I think it costs about twice that amount.
I am liking rose now more than ever. . Enjoying PHI. This is a lovely, generous draw. Thank you. US resident.
Thanks so much for the giveaway!
I live in the U.S. and I think my favorite rose fragrance is La Fille de Berlin or FM Lipstick Rose.
I live in the US, you can use my email address.
The fragrance over $150 that I think is worth every penny is Tom Ford Private Blend Italian Cypress!
I live in the US and you may use my email.
I’m mostly a mainstream fragrance gal and my favorite rose is Marni. I would still like to try Marni Rose but I blinked and now Marni and Marni Rose are nowhere to be found in the department stores.
Hello!
I live in the US. You can use my email. My favorite expensive AND rose fragrance is Armani Prive Rose D’Arabie. Jo Malone is a pretty good (almost) half price version at $155.
Hiya, Robin! Yep, I live in the U.S. My favorite rose-centric fragrance, and totally worth the exactly $150 price tag, is Delrae’s Bois de Paradis.
I am in Seattle.
My favorite rose is Lipstick rose, and Carnal flower is worth every penny, so is Ormonde Jayne Woman and Frangipani.
I live in the U.S.
Coromandel and Rue 31 Cambon were worth every penny. My favorite rose is Voleur de Roses, but my list of roses to try is still quite long.
Thanks for the drawing!
I live in the US!
I am, also, new to this site. So, I am very excited to walk in on a giveaway; thank you very much.
A few that I think are worth every penny are: Rose Anonyme/Atelier Cologne, Intoxicated/by Kilian, and Royal Oud/Creed. I love these fragrances.
Thanks again for the giveaway.
I live in the US! My favorite rose is probably Rose de Nuit by Serge Lutens.
I live in the US, and my favorite rose fragrances are La Fille de Berlin, Lyric Woman, and (on my wishlist) Mohur Extrait. The first two were definitely worth what I paid for them, and I’m debating whether or not the third is.
I live in the US. My favorite rose scent is Rose Anonyme, but I also like the Chloe one that is hugely rose (at least to me). Thank you for this opportunity!
I live in the U.S. My favorite rose fragrance so far is Aerin Evening Rose. I would love to have a light, fresh rose that didn’t turn sour on me. Worth every penny would include Angelique Noire (can’t believe no on commented on wearing it last Friday–I did, but was really too late to comment) and Cuir Beluga. Thanks for the drawing, Robin!
I live in the US, and my favorite rose fragrance is FM Une Rose. I’d love something a little lighter for everyday wear! Thanks for the giveaway!
I live in the US, and my favorite rose fragrance is Andy Tauer’s Une Rose Chyprée. He works such interesting ideas out of fairly mundane starting materials. But $140 for 30ml is to me unconscionable…
I live in the US. My favorite rose perfumes (so far!) are Rose Anonyme and Stella McCartney Stella.
What a nice draw opp. To name but one perfume (and it’s rose-themed too) that’s worth every penny over $150: Amouage Epic Woman. I can think of others. 🙂
I live in the US.
I’m fairly new to the world of fragrances but as of now my favorite roses are ormonde jayne t’aif and dior’s gris montaign. Thanks so much for the draw and i live in the US!
This is shaping out to be the Year of the Rose! My favorite rose…today…is Stella. I really love Tauer’s PHI une rose de Kandahar.
I live in the U.S. Thanks for the draw!
I live in the US. My favorite roses are Rose Poivree and Stella. I think that Rose poivree it’s hitting the $ 150 price point? But it is hard to wear sometimes because not everyone understands how very wonderful dirtiness can smell…. So I have yet to get the full bottle. Thank you!
I live in the US.
My favorite rose fragrance is Brulure de Rose.
Thank you for the draw!
Hi Robin,
Thanks for this fantastic opportunity! I live in the U.S.
a. My Tom Ford “Santal Blush” in my opinion is definitely worth every penny
b. My favorite rose fragrances is “Red Roses” by Jo Malone and “Evening Rose” by Aerin Lauder. In my opinion they are both sexy rose fragrances.
Thanks again Robin 🙂
I love in the US. I love so many rose fragrances, I can’t pick just one! Currently, I’m wearing the hell out of Lush’s Rose Jam.
Thanks for the giveaway. I live in the US. My all time favorite rose fragrance is the classic Le Labo Rose 31
My bottle of Amouage Lyric is my favorite splurge perfume. I would love to try the Aerin Lauder. I live in the US. Thanks!
I live in the U.S. and I would say Chinatown, Teint de Neige and Fifi Chachnil are worth $150. My favorite rose, Very Irresistible:)
Ooh, giveaway! I too am a US resident. My (current) favorite rose is Margaret by Sweet Anthem, and though I don’t own it (yet) a $150+ perfume that is worth every penny is Ayala Moriel Musk Malabi.
I love roses! I can’t pick just one. But I love OJ Ta’if, Ineke Briar Rose, and I’m in the US; thanks for hosting the giveaway!
