Here's the perfect book if you're stuck in this week's blizzard — or if you're looking for something smart but frothy to read in the bathtub:
In this third book of the Joanna Hayworth Vintage Clothing mystery series, Joanna lands the dream assignment of dressing a bride for her celebrity wedding at a remote mountain lodge. The bridal gown is the rare and disturbing Tears dress from Schiaparelli’s 1938 circus collection. Add one monstrous snowstorm, a mother who can’t stop reliving her Studio 54 days, a New Age minister with a mysterious past, a temperamental young chef—and a growing number of corpses — and Joanna’s dream soon becomes a nightmare. Slain in Schiaparelli adds a witty, contemporary twist to the classic country manor mystery.
Slain in Schiaparelli by Angela M. Sanders is available for $3.99 on Kindle, Nook, Kobo, and iBooks. The paperback will be released in late February.

Ohhhh, love the the title and can’t wait to read it!
I received a book at Christmas, “Elsie DeWolfe’s Paris”, which mainly discusses her two “Circus balls” she threw at her Versailles villa in 1938 and 39 that were inspired by Elsa’s circus collection. It was a very interesting book, with lots of beautiful pictures and illustrations of the guest’s in their couture. Both Elsa and Coco attended both ball’s in their own designs of course!
You are constantly recommending the most tempting sounding books! I must read this one, thank you.
OOOH, third book’s out on Kindle! I shall snap it up. The other two have been such delightful reads.
I hope you love it! I think it’s my best one yet.
I was HOPING you would have another book ready soon – loved the first two and am between reads right now. Yay!
Thanks you, and I hope you like this one, too!
