I live in the U.S. and like many indie brands, like Sonoma Scent Studio and the company that makes Rume. I also would like to get more into natural perfumes and I am using Illuminated Perfume and Elan Perfume to get me started.
I enjoy many scents from Sweet Anthem, Ineke, and Sonoma Scent Studio. I love when small companies make it easy to sample their products. I live in the U.S. and you have my permission to use my email address.
I live in the U.S. and you have permission to use my email:). It’s hard for me to pick a fave indie fragrance thus far, there are so many good ones. I don’t have a fave perfume in general, some are higher on the list…but I like the vast variety out there to much to pick a favorite!
Am in US. You have emailing permissions! Indie frag fave of the moment is Liquid Night by A Lab on Fire. Would love to try Bowmakers.
I live in the US, and have been looking to try Bowmakers, it sounds wonderful!
My favorite indie fragrance is Cafe Noir by Ava Luxe. I love many from this line (Sweet Absinthe, Kretek, Amande) but Cafe Noir is the coffee fragrance I always wanted. Dark and woody without a mocha/sweet vibe. Just perfect.
I live in the U.S. and you have my permission to use my email address,
My favorite indie fragrance is my latest one–Tableau de Parfums Ingrid. I love it!
I live in the U.S. and my favorite indie perfumers include Laurie Stern, Maria McElroy (of Aroma M) and Alexis Karl (Scents By Alexis), Yosh Han, Ellen McCovey and Jane Cate, and of course DS& Durga! Also, while not my style of juice, Lisa Hoffman does amazing scents…..very light and fresh.
Thanks for a chance to win!
I live in the U.S. and B.) I’ll never understand why oud is so popular.

I live in us and my favorite indie is tauers lonestar memories, enough said haha.
I cannot really decide which one is my favorite (everything by LesNez and Honore des Pres is great), but at the moment I have a serious crush on D.S. & Durga’s Coriander. Bowmakers is very nice, and it would be lovely to get it as a gift!
Yes, I live in the US.
I live in the US. My favorite indie perfume is Gujarat from Olympic Orchids.
I live in the U.S. and my favorite indie fragrance is L`Air du Desert Marocain by Tauer.
Thanks for the draw!
I live in the USA. I love Demeter fragrances, mainly because they are so inexpensive. There is such a wide variety, and they last surprisingly long on my skin, especially since they are colognes. I am also starting to buy scents from Margot Ellena. Strangely enough, they don’t last as long on my skin as Demeter fragrances do, although they are edp. Also, I just got a copy of “Perfumes: the A to Z guide” and I am going to spend next year exploring some of the top rated fragrances in the book.
Thanks as always Robin, for another great draw !
I live in the US, and you may use the email in my account to contact me.
It’s very hard for me to pick “one” niche fragrance, but if I had to pick a couple that I find I’m reaching for regularly, it would be La Via del Profumo Milano Caffe, and A Lab On Fire LiquidNight.
I love the idea of this DS & Durga Bowmaker’s frag. It sounds like it’s exactly what I gravitate towards. I have a couple of their other offerings and they are very well done, so my fingers are totally crossed that I win this time 🙂
Ooh that’s a tough one. Lately, I have been revisiting some of my DSH sample collection and have rediscovered my LeSmoking sample from the YSL retrospective. Seems appropriate for this time of year. Thanks for the draw! I live in the US.
I live in the US and one of my favorite indie perfumes is Memories of a Trespasser from Imaginary Authors. Thanks, Robin!
I live in the US and my favorite is the Regina Harris collection.
I live n the US and love SSS Champagne du Bois. And the indie fragrance I most want to try is To Bee! Thanks for the draw!
Oh I’ve been so excited to try this ever since I saw it on Need Supply! I live in Seattle and a nearby PNW indie fragrance line I adore is called OLO. I’d suggest their $25 sampler to anyone interested in giving them a sniff.
Wood rosin and varnish? Bowmaker sounds right up my alley. I live in the US, my favorite indie fragrance of the moment is Riverwalk by Soivohle, and… as for something I’ve wanted to comment, it’s this: I’m grateful for the online perfume-loving community, straight up.
I really hope I win! I live in the US. I’ve been looking at this perfume for sometime already, and I can’t decide between this one and Nova Chakra. Fingers crossed!
I live in the US. Let’s see, what still counts as “indie” nowadays? I’d have to say that I love some of those Smell Bent sample packs — cheap and fun!
I live in the US. Not sure I know what my favorite indie frag is. Does R’Oud Elements (Kerosene) count?
Thanks as always for all the opportunities! 🙂
I live in the US. I have a lot of indie favorites but 2 of my current loves are Kerosene’s Unknown Pleasures and Il Tuo Tulipano (red) by Hilde Soliani, Bowmakers sounds fascinating! Thanks for the draw!

I live in the U.S. and my current favorite indie fragrance is NEST Perfume’s White Sandalwood.
I live in the U.S. I recently tucked into my little bottle of Quan Yin, a discontinued scent from Soivohle. My current fave!
I live in New York City in the United States. I love this line. I was at a friend’s wedding brunch a year ago and I actually met the wife that creates the line with her husband. I raved to her about “Bowmakers” and my favorite of the line and the one that I wear, “Burning Barbershop”, which I love for it’s medicinal/fire kindling wood beautiful scent. I always go in to the shop by me that carries the entire line range and smell the scents, I love the scents, but I have been out of Burning Barbershop for a year and have not replaced it as of yet. I tend to go back to my classics first (Van Cleef & Arpel Homme, Giorgio for Men, Montana Homme [red box], YSL Homme [original], YSL Homme Haute Concentree’ [original], so forth, I rarely leave my fragrance comfort zone except for Comme des Garcons and Costume National. I think my next purchase is going to be Black by Comme des Garcons. I purchased a new wallet at the Chelsea store 2 weeks ago and I finally smelled Black. It smells amazing and a Christmas must have for me along with a full bottle refill of my classic Rocabar by Hermes.
Fini-
I have trouble keeping up with indie brands–especially since they can be hard for me to get my hands on anyway. I have to say though, Tauer continues to be my favorite indie line, in part because his blogging makes it feel accessible.
I live in the US. Thanks for the draw!
I live in the U.S. and you have permission to use my email, and my favorite indie of the moment is Imaginary Authors Memoirs of a Trespasser.
I live in the U.S. and you can use my email. When it comes to indie brands it would have to be Sonoma Scent Studio all the way. And I’m also starting to get into a little bit of Kerosene lately.
I live in the US. My faves are probably Soivohle, Ava Luxe, and SSS. And thanks for reminding me about them, because it just dawned on me they all make scents that would make great holiday gifts!
I live in the U.S. and I really want to try Sonoma Scent Studio Incense Pure. And Winter Woods. I could go on.
I live in the U.S. I like and love Tauer…. and Del Rae! And I love, with little hope of more than a dabble here and there, Killian. What a terrible wonderful hobby.
I live in the US, and my favorite indie brands are Aftelier and Aroma M.
I live in the U.S. and you have my permission to use the email address in my reader account. Bowmakers sounds like something I would love.
My favorite indie perfumes are Incense Pure, Winter Woods, Sienna Musk, Ambre Noir, & Femme Jolie, all from SSS; and Olympic Amber, Siam Proun, and California Chocolate, all from Olympic Orchids.
Thanks for the draw.
I live in the U.S. My favorite indie fragrance is Sonoma Scent Studio To Dream. If Tauer is considered indie, I like Zeta and PHI Une Rose the Kandahar equally.
Thanks for the draw!
This sounds amazing. Thank you for another great giveaway.
I live in the US and I’m embarrassed to admit that I don’t have a favorite indie scent because I haven’t tried but a handful. I guess I have my first resolution for 2014.
I live in the US, and just recently had the opportunity to sample my first DS & Durga, Silent Grove. It’s a lovely and aptly named scent, and reminds me of CdG Zagorsk. I am a big fan of indie perfumers, so choosing a favorite is hard, but if I have to choose just one, it would be Dawn Spencer Hurwitz’s sublime Oeillet Rouge. Thanks for the opportunity!
I live in the US and you have my permission to use the email address in my account. My favorite indie perfume so far is Prince by Dawn Spencer Hurwitz. It’s dark, smoky and somehow quiet, very unusual. I do regret not grabbing DS & Durga’s Shake, Shake, Shake Senora when it was available. When they say say limited time, they really mean it!
I do live in the US. I must have been living under a rock as I just recently learned of indie scents while exploring NST. I just realized that Sweet Anthem is located close to where I work. I’ve driven by a couple times and hope to catch them open soon. I am also interested in the products from Sonoma Scent Studio. I’ve been wanting to post a comment asking for suggestions for a woody scent so this giveaway fragrance sounds amazing. (Love Tam Dao…although I don’t think that counts as an indie scent).
I live in the U.S. and my favorite scent today is Dev #1 by Olympic Orchids, perfect for the time of year. I love trying new indie perfumes for the quality of materials and individual vision. Thanks for such a generous draw.
My favorite at the moment is Yosh Sombre Negra, thanks for the draw. I live in the US.
I live in the U.S. and lately I’ve been digging on the Imaginary Authors line and on A Lab On Fire. I love the idea behind the Imaginary Authors line and A Lab On Fire has such amazing noses and gives them such a tremendous amount of creative freedom. Thanks so much for the giveaway!
I live in the U.S. I haven’t had a chance to test many indie fragrances, but my favorite one up to date is Smell Bent Snobirds.
I live in the US. So hard to pick one favorite indie – right now? I think Aroma M’s Geisha Blanche is making me happy, because it smells like the creamiest white soap in a spa in heaven somewhere.
I’m in the US. My favorite is Sonoma Scent Studio’s Champagne de Bois. Thanks for the draw.
I live in the U.S., and my favorite indie fragrance is Aftelier Secret Garden. Thanks for the draw!
I most definitely live in the US. My favorite indie frag is currently still Smell Bent’s Brussels Sprouted, although it gives me a rash, tragically.
Hi! Live in U.S. Not sure if I own any indie perfumes; do Auric Blend perfume oils count? If so, then white musk is da bomb.
Thanks for the draw!
