Crabtree & Evelyn Old World Jasmine

Crabtree & Evelyn will launch the limited edition Heritage Collection in September, including seven fragrances — three flower waters (Old World Jasmine, Venetian Violet and Florentine Freesia) and four colognes (Old Windsor, Sevillian Neroli, Hungary Water and Neapolitan Bergamot) — celebrating the brand's 40 years.

Old World Jasmine Flower Water (shown) ~ with jasmine, gardenia, cyclamen, and citrus.

Florentine Freesia Flower Water ~ a fruity floral with freesia, cyclamen, lily of the valley, orange, pear and amber.

Venetian Violet Flower Water ~ with violet, lychee, raspberry and peach.

Crabtree & Evelyn Old Windsor Eau de Cologne

Old Windsor Eau de Cologne (shown) ~ with bergamot, bitter orange, verbena, lavender and sandalwood.

Sevillian Neroli Eau de Cologne  ~ with neroli, grapefruit, lemon, mandarin, white tea, cedar and clove.

Hungary Water Eau de Cologne ~ with rosemary, pink pepper, spearmint, cypress and geranium.

Neapolitan Bergamot Eau de Cologne ~ bergamot, lemon, ginger, lavender and thyme.

Crabtree & Evelyn Heritage Collection fragrances will be available in 100 ml.

They’ve done a lovely job on the packaging — I want to smell the jasmine.

I still have my vintage (circa early ’90s) C&E Hungary Water and I’m pretty darn sure it didn’t have pink pepper!

It does. It’s the only one of the Flower Waters I’m interested in, but the colognes sound great too.

I’d love to see their original Sandalwood brought back but I’m positive it’s gone through a reformulation.

I want them to bring back their carnation soliflore. I’ll give the violet water a sniff if it comes to town. I’m wary of some water-based fragrances, because they often contain propylene glycol, which I am allergic to.
