Banana Republic will launch Wildbloom Rouge for Women and Wildblue Noir for Men in September. The new fragrances are flankers to 2011's Wildbloom and 2012's Wildblue respectively.
Wildbloom Rouge ~ a woody floral developed by perfumer Marypierre Julien; notes include bergamot, green apple, plum, guava, clementine, magnolia, jasmine, freesia, water hydrangea, sandalwood, cashmere musk and amber.
Wildblue Noir ~ a woody aromatic developed by perfumer Jean-Claude Delville; notes include aquatic notes, herbal notes, fougere, spices, vetiver, musk, coffee, blonde suede, leather and dark chocolate.
Banana Republic Wildbloom Rouge and Wildblue Noir will be available in 50 ml, concentration unknown.

Ugh, the mens sounds ultra synthetic. I love how ‘fougere’ is a note. I still think Cordovan is the best they have done.
Neither of them sounds particularly compelling to me. I’ve seen fougere listed that way many times now…sometimes they will say fougere accord, which makes more sense.
Love how the women’s “woody floral” starts the note list with 5 different fruits. Huh. Maybe they were thinking we wouldn’t notice that this was another frooty floral if they just called it something different?
