Perfume coverage in the April issues of Allure, Details and GQ. Please comment on any fragrance-related coverage you’ve seen in other fashion and beauty magazines:
Allure
Cover: Katie Holmes
Scent strips: Ralph Lauren Big Pony for Men, Dior J'Adore, BCBG Max Azria Bon Chic, Versace Eros, Kate Spade Live Colorfully.
Editorial coverage: The Beauty Reporter section includes See by Chloé in the Editor’s Favorites (p. 56) and a “Smell This” feature in which three wine experts talk about Dolce & Gabbana The One Desire (surprise surprise — they all like it; p. 69).
Donatella Versace includes La Rose de Rosine in her list of 10 Things Every Women Should Have (p. 92). I'm pretty sure this is the first time someone picked a scent that wasn't their own brand for this feature.
Dollars and Scents (p. 194) asks fragrance experts to choose the best perfumes under $60. Picks include Bath & Body Works Forever Red, Jovan Musk, Kate Walsh Boyfriend, among others.

Note: As always, thanks to Kevin — I read Allure, he read all the rest!
Have to hand it to Allure for having some editorial perfume coverage every month even if I disagree with it. Did I read that Linda Wells is receiving an award for this?
Allure does a lot of perfume coverage because they bill themselves as ‘The Beauty Expert’. With that moniker, the title tends to be cosmetic heavy with a touch of fashion, as opposed to straight-up fashion with a little bit of beauty coverage. That said, I love it.
Yes, she’s to be honored at the Fifis for her “contributions to the fragrance industry”.
I can totally agree with the Bath & Body Works Forever Red. I wore that for a few months during the fall/winter. I purchased the small sample-sized bottle and considered going back for a large one. It’s surprisingly complex, and though it felt cozy for fall and winter due to the vanilla “marshmallow” vibe, I think the fruits and florals could carry it through the whole year. Kate Walsh Boyfriend is also a delicious mix of masculine and feminine notes. So sexy.
