A world-weary Mark Ronson (even Anja Rubik can't get much of a reaction) for Fan di Fendi Pour Homme. Below the jump, le making of.

Hmmm, maybe I’m old but the ad would have made more sense if the “star” had any sort of name recognition. Anyway, I think he just wants to go home and see his boyfriend.
Forgot to add that the bottle is beautiful!
I can’t get passed the number “2” thing goin on.
Never noticed the 2 in the bottle!!!
It’s an interesting ad…would think it would be a turn-off, but what do I know.
He’s probably a fan di Fendi not di Anja!
Maybe that’s it. But boy, he looks bored.
If he is a celebrity he is probably a big fan di Self: no wonder he is bored!
Mark Ronson, for those who don’t know, is the son of Mick Ronson. Mick is a musician and songwriter and most famously known as David Bowie/Ziggy Stardust’s guitar player. I don’t know much more about Mark, except he did produce Duran Duran’s latest album. What he is doing in a fragrance commercial, I have no idea!
What he is doing, apparently, is being bored out of his skull 🙂
He’s just in the wrong commercial. This one is for a fragrance called “Ennui”. lol
Cool as a cucumber. He’s a bloke afterall..
Mark Ronson makes awesome music, he used to work with Amy Winehouse and Adele. I’m a fan!
This fragrance is quite interesting.
I wonder if Mark is still wearing VC&A Tsar. He once said in an interview that it was *his* scent – something about being sold on it after a salesperson said Serge Gainsbourg wore it.
lol, it’s like he’s saying umm anyway..haha. Like he’s giving a drunk chick a cab ride home? Or an old flame that won’t go away? lol.
Or member that show, Blind Date? Kinda like that, lol.
It will be interesting to see what the juice smells like. The original Fendi Uomo and Life Essence were beautiful creatures, no mistaking their pedigree, elegant and slightly animalic.
The original Fan di Fendi is not even in the same species as the any Fendi fragrance previous. It is a fruity-floral nightmare scrubber for me. I’m stocking up on all the vintage I can find (and afford) on fleabay.
This smells great but Mark Ronson and the campaign leave me cold.
