I could listen to her talk all day long. She is elegance personified.
Yeah? She didn’t wow me. (Don’t mean I thought she was dull — she was fine — just wasn’t dying to listen to her all day)
i feel the same as robin.. 🙁
I think the guide gave her whole range a pretty bad rap. Maybe I should smell for myself though…
I haven’t tried the last few, but none of the earlier ones impressed me. She does have lots of fans though!
i was about to say the same thing.. i can only say OMG when i was reading the reviews on her scents..
I cant remember who it was but someone thought Turin was unfair about this, ie politically or personally motivated just because he was so negative about the entire range. Myself, I found the reviews on soir de Lune (a sisley) quite baffling! But Tania, if you are reading, dont be offended as I had NO interest in perfume before reading that book, so I have little right to complain ( :
she doesn’t wow me completely, but she does have a self-possessed attitude I admire, enough to make me think it’s time to try try her scents!
She is very elegant, and some of the stories she mentioned are similar to the ones I tell myself about perfumes sometimes…
