It’s almost like you knew that I just got 10 HdP samples in the mail!! Now I look like an allergy experiment gone terribly wrong!
I have a drop of each one on me currently—-down my arms and even a couple spots from knee to ankle….to keep the scents straight I’ve written the “date” next to each one… sure hope the ink washes off….and no one walks by the window while I’m sniffing my ankles…..

Daisy, a warning. Some of the scents were reformulated with the new packaging. According to Katie at miomia – only 1826, 1873, and 1876 were reformulated, and the rest did not change. Believe me, the above three scents were definitely reformulated. Can’t verify the others. So if you decide to purchase one of these three scents based on the samples you just received, the scents will be completely different!!! Note that samples for bottles in old packaging are clear glass vials with black lettering on them. Samples for bottles in the new packaging are clear glass vials with colored stickers on them.

Thanks Karin!! I’ve left them an email that I’d like bottles of 1804 (whew!) and 1873 (oh-no!) because the samples I have —sure enough, have the stickers!!! I will need to talk with Katie. Perhaps they’ll agree to send a sample along with that bottle so I can test before opening the box. I’m so grateful for your warning!

1804 is really nice!!! Definitely try a sample of the 1873 before opening up the bottle, though. The notes are different, they are very different scents. Here are notes listed for the old version:

Bergamot, mandarin orange, lemon, ivy, jasmine, orange blossom, rose, ylang-ylang, sandalwood, white musk.

          For the new version:

Grapefruit, orange, citron, mandarin, bergamot, lime, lily of the valley, orange blossom, spring flowers, violet, lavender, vanilla, caramel, white musk

          Good luck!

Holy Cow! why not just give it another name? Actually the notes for the old version sound better to me! I love Bergamot! Grapefruit is the note in the new one that I was nervous about. I will definitely ask for a sample.
thanks so much….If I had a payroll; I’d put you on it! ;-)

Yeah, don’t want to go thru the day with a great big blue ’69’ written on my right knee….maybe I’ll add the ’19’ part just in case….or wear long pants

I am dying to get one of those Histoires! I have not smelled the 73 Colette or 76 Mata Hari but they are calling me. I have a few samples but have a decant already of my favorite.

I can’t remember if miomia has samples or not…but if they don’t, beautycafe sells them (or used to).

yup, beautycafe has samples: 5 for $15….but with $6.50 shipping.
However, they do include a coupon code for $10 off your next non-sample purchase.
