My mom would probably kill for Laulena…She and my dad took a trip to Oahu a few years ago and haven't stopped pining for it yet. But Sadie's sounds much nicer, to me…as long as it isn't too sweet. It would be easy to ruin that.

Of course, there's plenty else that's higher on my wish list. 🙂

It is funny…orange blossoms are not what I think of when I think of Hawaii! Your Mom might also like the new Hawaii-inspired Saffron James line though, or Kai?

I think the Sadie's sounds nice, too. Never heard of this line before.

It's relatively new, but there are quite a few of them already. I haven't tried a single one…

I was just thinking the same thing – none of those flowers are what I think of as Hawaiian. Maybe the perfumer has never actually been there. Pikake, tuberose, plumeria, tiare, red ginger – now those are Hawaiian! Guess I am a tropical snob – lol!

Or maybe there are groves upon groves of orange trees in Hawaii and so we're the ones who are wrong, LOL…

There is a perfume called Mily that is a plumeria and pikake mix that does sort of remind me of Hawaii. They have it at Anthropologie.

Yes, and I think that one’s at Beautyhabit too. Or somewhere…know I’ve seen it before!
