Badgley Mischka will launch their second fragrance, Fleurs de Nuit, in October. The new limited edition scent was inspired by a moon garden in India:
Developed with Givaudan's Rodrigo Flores-Roux, Fleurs de Nuit has top notes of magnolia, quince blossom, bergamot and green notes; a heart of radiant white florals, night-blooming jasmine, orange blossom and white peach, and a drydown of silky woods and glowing amber.
Badgley Mischka Fleurs de Nuit will be available in 100 ml Eau de Parfum, and will reportedly be followed by additional fragrances (it is rumored that a men's scent is in the works). (via Women's Wear Daily)
I DO like that bottle. Why is it that the nicest bottles rarely have the nicest juice? (And did you get my email, R?)
Just noticed your reply on the Britney thread. Still not here; speed-of-light communication. eh?
It is really a great bottle. Didn't like the first scent but will give this one a go….and no, didn't get it! That is odd, do try again.
Oops…our comments crossed. Going to resend my original message now…
What a fabulous bottle! Sounds lovely–must try to get a sample…
…speaking of samples, although un-related, finally caved and bought the Ormond Jayne sampler set. Can't wait for it to arrive!!!!
N, sent you another copy from a different email address in case your spam folder ate the original 2 attempts…
Good for you, can't wait to hear what you think of the OJs!
The bottle makes me swoon. I was never interested in sniffing the original, but might try this one. I love not only the bottle, but also the name because it makes me think of other lovely perfumes with the 'de Nuit' part in their name (Vol de Nuit, Nuit the Noel).
It is a pretty name too. Could have sworn it had been used for a perfume before, but in fact can't find any evidence of that.
oh, how beautiful that bottle is! I'll be excited to try this as I really liked the first one.
Hope you'll love it then 🙂
Is this stuff any good?
It is not a favorite of mine personally, but lots of people loved it!
I’m tossing up between this and the original. I haven’t had a sniff of either (it’s a 12 hour drive from where I live to the only place in New Zealand that sells it), so I have to rely on what other people think of it to help me decide. ^_^;
I will be no help…they really aren’t my style. Did you look at the reviews on MakeupAlley?
I looked it up, but I couldn’t find It. But I did look it up in Luca Turin and Tania Sanchez’s book, and it sounds nice.
