Satellite has followed up on their debut fragrance launch, Padparadscha, with four new scents:
A La Figue! (shown) ~ "Intense dreams of languid summer evenings spent in a hammock under a fig tree…the magic moment when dusk slips to twilight and the scents come out as purple and greens, this is the alluring beauty of A La Figue!" Notes include fig tree sap, fresh fig, iris, white lily of the valley, cyclamen, vanilla, cedar, white musk and patchouli.
Ipanéma ~ "The color of clear, bright turquoise blue, Ipanéma is summer romance in a bottle." The notes feature ylang ylang, orange, grapefruit, freesia, sandalwood, coco, white flowers, tonka bean, vanilla, sea accord and patchouli.
Corrida ~ "Red is color of this fragrance which takes its name from legendary bullfights of Spain." Corrida has black currant, neroli, rose, lily of the valley, jasmine, floral accord and sandalwood.
40º à l’Ombre ~ "This is a sparkling perfume positively bursting with citrus — it’s a bright, zippy fragrance poured over crushed ice and served in a frosted glass." The notes are lemon, orange, bergamot, grapefruit, jasmine, lavender, geranium, musk, sandalwood and patchouli.
All 4 fragrances are in Eau de Parfum, and run $75 for 100 ml at luckyscent.
Wow, releasing 4 scents at a time is rather brave, but it has been, what? – 2 years since Padparadscha? Victoria at V's Own seems to love Ipanema.
At any rate, the bottles are really fantastic looking.

Must admit that I think everyone needs to slow down — too many multi-scent launches for us to take in!! I can't keep up. But yes, the bottles are gorgeous, and the price is very reasonable for a niche line.
definitely reasonable. It would be much more disastrous if they were priced $198 and were terrible like…well, there are too many to name.
Yes, multi-scent releases are very ambitious, especially when in amateur hands. Although, even those in the hands of the Real Pros can be intolerable.
Do we know the perfumer of the Satellite series?
LOL — it is true there are too many to name 🙂
No idea who the perfumer(s) is/are, in fact, not sure I've ever read anything about the line anywhere except Luckyscent.
