Oranges, fig, cedar, vetiver and tonka – sounds like something you might love, my Scorpio-ish friend, right ;-)? Me, I can't wait to try it.

It is very tempting, and I adore the bottle. I'll need the shower gel if nothing else! Didn't see it last week at L'Occitane though, and not sure its in US stores yet although it is on their website.

Tried Ruban today and loved it! Poor longevity aside, it is so lovely and makes a wonderful counterpart to the dreary weather. It might be just a tad sweet for you (or not), but overall Ruban is delicious, juicy orange with a touch of vetiver earthiness and pale cedar woodiness. You must try it!

On another note, whatever happened to your review of Tubereuse Criminelle? I tried it, was gobsmacked by it, came here to reread your review only to find “This page is under construction” on the screen. Huh? :)

Smelled it on a card over the weekend, and thought it was nice, but need to put on skin which I'll try to do soon. I thought the packaging was really great, by the way, and want to go back when they get the scrub in stock. A good scrub with orange, I'll buy in a second.

I used to have an article with brief reviews of Fracas & TC, then decided they were too brief given how much I love both scents. Redid Fracas, need to redo TC. Also on my “to do” list! But hope that by “gobsmacked” you mean you adore it?

I figured you were going to do another “appreciation”, that is wonderful news, I can't wait! I wasn't clear by “gobsmacked”, but yes, it means that I absolutely adore it – from the gasoline open to the hot, creamy tuberose to the cool, silky, leaves-immediately-after-love-making tuberose LOL!

Will try the Ruban ancillary products, too!

Ah, good, I think TC is just great stuff and don't like to hear it dissed. ;-)

Not to worry, it was love at first sniff :)

Anyway, I dropped the package off at the post office today. Let me know if it has winged its way safely. ;-)
