Givenchy has launched Very Irresistible Givenchy Summer For Women (see bottle at right), a limited edition fragrance featuring centifolia rose, peony rose, fantasia rose, passion rose, emotion rose, verbena leaf and star anise; and Very Irresistible Givenchy Summer For Men, with grapefruit peel, mint leaf, sesame seed, mocha, hazelnut wood and Virginia cedar.

The Body Shop has been acquired by L'Oreal:

Body Shop International PLC, the British retailer that promotes natural-based cosmetics, said Friday it has agreed to be taken over by L'Oreal SA of France in a cash deal worth 652 million pounds ($1.14 billion).

Body Shop will retain its separate identity and current management, the companies said.
