Wow – Serge at Parfum1 and at a nice discount. Do you the “the SALON” knows they are being sold at discount? Then again – you can find them at lower prices in Europe so why not here? Thanks for the update. Hmmm…I wonder how long before shops like Aedes are seriously impacted by discount places like Parfum1.

LOL — would have to guess the answer is no, they don't know, and that they won't be happy.

For the last 4 years, I have been an extremely dedicated customer of PerfumeBay. Aside from loving their products, prices, and efficient service, I have also been impressed by the Tran family's story and what they've achieved for themselves since arriving in America.

I would still be one of PerfumeBay's biggest fans if things hadn't gone wrong with my last. In brief, 2 months later it still hasn't arrived and I cannot get PerfumeBay to deal with the problem.

I've done everything PerfumeBay asked me to…contacted NZ Customs, courier companies, my local post office…waited 30 days before making a formal claim…then waited another week when they said I should account for the holiday mail volumes….But now, despite my many recent emails to them, they won't respond.

Admittedly this is the exception in an otherwise good history of transactions. But buyer beware. It's not like this is too hard a problem to fix…I'm thinking they just don't care enough to want to.

I am so sorry — it is really tough when you can't even get answer to your email. Have heard a similar complaint about their customer service recently. Hope you get yours sorted out!
