I am so late noticing Method's hand wash in Brown Butter + Vanilla (I think it was a released as a 2023 holiday limited edition, but it's still around) that surely one of you can tell me if it smells like fresh cookies as advertised? $4.39 for 300 ml foaming (shown) OR 354 ml gel, at Method.
Looks very promising! I will stop by Target to see if they are available.

I have a bottle! I’m a sucker for interesting shower gels and hand washes so of course I bought it, and it’s… kind of disappointing. It has a baffling sourish note, not citric but lactic, like milk that’s started to turn. It doesn’t last: after your hands are washed and dried, what’s left is convincingly dairy-vanilla, but that sourness kind of spoils the experience.
