Molton Brown has introduced Dark Leather, a new fragrance collection.* Dark Leather was developed by perfumer Sylvie Fischer.
Inspired by a smoky campfire in the wilderness, this intense woody fragrance crackles with a raw yet noble power. Brisk forest pine is deepened by commanding black leather and smouldering cade, undercut by vetiver for an unexpected, refined edge.
Dark Leather Eau de Parfum (not shown) ~ "Unearth your brooding, mysterious side with this woody Eau de Parfum’s smouldering fusion of warming elemi, herbaceous geranium and smoky leather – a signature note of crisp lavender unexpectedly softens the wild smokiness."
Dark Leather Eau de Toilette ~ "A bold yet hedonistic fragrance for those who harbour a rebellious inclination. Deep, smoky trails of leather form is intensified by Siberian pine oil and black tea."
Molton Brown Dark Leather is available (in both concentrations) in 100 ml. A matching shower gel is also available.

*Dark Leather appears to replace 2017's Russian Leather.
I have no idea what “smoldering cade” is, but these sound rich, dark and very intriguing!
Cade is a woody note from a variety of juniper, and in perfume is sorta like birch tar but milder?
The note breakdown is the same as Russian Leather & when i tried it yesterday it smelled the same to me – so i’m assuming this is definitely just a change of name to remove the ‘Russian’ , rather than anything new (the EDP version also has exactly the same Smokey grey coloured plastic cap as Russian Leather)
Similarly Tom Ford’s Rose de Russie seems to be discontinued now (the price of this one stayed the same when the others in the range increased recently, which usually only happens with discontinued fragrances)
A belated thank you, nathanthomas. Figured it would be the same.
