Van Cleef & Arpels will launch Moonlight Rose, the latest addition to the brands′s Collection Extraordinaire. Moonlight Rose follows 2016's Moonlight Patchouli (and last year's Moonlight Patchouli Le Parfum).
The unisex chypré fragrance centers on Bulgarian and Taif rose. Additional notes include pink pepper, geranium, raspberry, patchouli and oakmoss.
Van Cleef & Arpels Moonlight Rose will be available in 75 ml Eau de Parfum, look for it at the end of January.

Update: Moonlight Rose was developed by perfumer Fabrice Pellegrin. The description from Harrods...
The rose is the muse for many an indulgent perfume, with its nuanced facets providing a source of endless inspiration. Van Cleef & Arpels is the latest to offer its interpretation: the Moonlight Rose eau de parfum is singular in its vision of the romantic flower. It focuses on the rose at its olfactory peak – when its aromas are at their strongest – with a floral heart composed of both Bulgarian and Taif rose, grounded by a base of moss and patchouli.
I am tired of pink pepper. Other than that it sounds lovely. Why couldn’t they put a dash of quality Caribbean allspice, or a measured amount of really nice nag champa, or a tad of classic frankincense instead of pepper in there? Grump, grump! Time to go to bed…
Hope you slept well meredifay!
Why yes, thank you Robin. I apologize for my grumpiness last night!
Oh gracious, never necessary to apologize about being grumpy about perfumes! Or lack of creativity, for that matter.
Sounds like something for me.
