Niche line Oriza L. Legrand has introduced Peau d'Espagne, a new leather fragrance.
From Florence to Grasse, from Corboba to Versailles, the fashion since the Renaissance had always been to adorn leather with luxurious scented essences. Under the reign of Louis XIV, the Corporation of Glover-Perfumers flourished until its peak in the 18th century. The Maison Oriza L. Legrand extended its collection with a perfume telling the former glory of Master Glover-Perfumers by creating Peau d’Espagne in 1872, an irrevocably powdery and woody leather fragrance.
The notes include rose, neroli, bergamot, verbena, clove, lavender, carnation, sandalwood, birch tar, styrax, benzoin.
Oriza L. Legrand Peau d'Espagne is $165 for 100 ml Eau de Parfum, at Luckyscent or Fumerie.

Sounds worth a try. And I like that Oriza has had their bottles reasonably priced at $165 for some time now, knock on wood.
I have not tried a new one in so long, I don’t have any opinion…
Sounds really nice to me, too. Plus, that tassel!
Tassels are nice 🙂
