Louis Vuitton will launch Fleur du Désert, a new fragrance in the brand's oud collection, paying tribute to the olfactory heritage of the Middle East.
Perfumer Jacques Cavallier Belletrud reportedly found inspiration for Fleur du Désert in an oasis near Jeddah; the fragrance focuses on three flowers long used in the region's perfumery: jasmine, orange blossom and rose. Additional notes include cinnamon, honey, ambrette, ambrox and oud.
Louis Vuitton Fleur du Désert will be available in 100 and 200 ml Eau de Parfum. Look for it at the end of this month.

having lived in Jeddah, not so much.
🙂
So, what did Jeddah small like to you? Enquiring minds need to know!
Purple bottles will always bring either Dior’s OG Poison or TM’s Alien EdP to mind.
It’s a really pretty shade of purple here, too.
Has he always had the second last name?
He did not start using it until he started at Louis Vuitton, as near as I can tell, and I still see him referred to with and without it. I am assuming one is the maternal family name and one is the paternal family name, but really I don’t know.
