From the Holiday 2021 collection at Cire Trudon: Bayonne. "If cacao is an homage to Bayonne, chilli pepper is an homage to the neighboring town of Espelette, known for its Piment d’Espelette. Chilli pepper and Cocoa were imported from Latin America around the same period. The Bayonne Candle is also imagined by the joys of Christmas, the pine notes naturally paying homage to the end of year celebrations." In 3 sizes from $140 to $695.

I ordered this a few days ago from Luckyscent, it sounds yummy! Just got shipping notice today.
Do report back — I am seriously tempted.
I’m burning it right now and it smells great – spiced chocolate. Very pleased with my purchase.
Oh yay! I’m so glad it was worth it.
The recent release (at least I think it’s recent) Mary had me nearly pull the trigger and splurge on a Cire Trudon candle.
I have to say the Salta is my favorite candle EVER, although the much cheaper Papier d’Armenie candle is almost as wonderful.
