It's early for a cocktail, but still, this got me thinking: "Jasmine syrup by Bacanha is an aromatic concentrate of flowers from this famous plant. Its sweet and flowery aroma combines with its exceptional scent. Raw jasmine syrup will be perfect for your tea, iced tea, lemonade, mocktail and cocktail preparations." $13 for 400 ml at Beautyhabit, where they also have Organic Raw Basil syrup, plus two syrup gift sets (Lemon Life, with Bergamot, Yuzu and Lime; or Cocktail Tonic, with Ginger, Mojito and Rose).

I have made this- I think back in 2018, along with other infusions. I picked about 2-3 handfuls of fresh jasmine flowers from a garden (they had an entire wall) and steeped them in 2 cups of gently warm simple syrup. Then strained and kept in fridge for iced green tea.
BUT! This would make a great gift for a cocktail enthusiast!
Or for someone like me, who is just too lazy to make my own 🙂
I bought some jasmine syrup from Beautyhabit a while back — different brand — but I haven’t yet invented the cocktail that it goes in. Somthing champagne or gin-based, I think.
Something with Hendricks is what I had in mind. But since I don’t have the syrup that’s as far as I’ve gotten 🙂
I’ve got the syrup and the Hendricks — come on over! 😀
I wish!
