Thanks Robin, I needed that! It’s only been a few years since I last visited Longwood, but it seems like forever. Hope to get there again in the spring.
We normally go every Christmas day, so that will be a real bummer this year — so I needed it too!
I second jepster’s comment. And as soon as we can safely get out into the world, I need to take the time and trouble to see places like this.
I have this image lately of EVERYONE trying to go EVERYWHERE once things look safer, LOL….
Would love to take a leisurely stroll through, not just Longwood, but all the other grand conservatories of the world, with a glass of amaretto or rosé in hand!
