Earlier this year, Houbigant Paris launched La Belle Saison, a reissued floral fragrance joining the brand's Collection Privée.
When the arrival of Spring is as light and enveloping as a shower of feathers, it is the scent of la Belle Saison. From the earth to the sky, flowers and leaves sprinkled with light and water exude tender and transparent scented waves.
La Belle Saison evokes the light of a day in spring, when the days get longer, and promises us beautiful tomorrows.
La Belle Saison is a sumptuous floral bouquet, gold and white, luminous and silky, in the image of spring femininity: that which one discovers on the wonderful paintings of Botticelli. Grace, elegance and voluptuousness: a sensuality that is revealed with each gesture. A captivating sillage, an unparalleled signature...
La Belle Saison was developed by perfumer Celine Ellena. The notes include apricot blossom, pink pepper, mimosa, orange blossom, lily of the valley, sandalwood, musk and ciste labdanum.
Houbigant La Belle Saison is €185 for 100 ml Eau de Parfum.

What, no aldehydes?
I would not assume there were no aldehydes, but of course maybe there aren’t.
I suppose you’re right. They might not mention them in ad copy due to expecting little familiarity with the term.
It’s good to see a new release from them. I really don’t know why Essence Rare didn’t make more of a splash, it’s probably my favorite floral.
I never tried it! They have such narrow distribution and such old fashioned packaging — that is going to make it hard to make a splash these days, which is too bad.
