First up, (1) a brief promo for the Shofuso Japanese House and Garden Philadelphia's West Fairmount Park. Then below the jump (2) the "season opening" video for 2019 at the Anderson Japanese Garden in Rockford, Illinois, followed by (3) a rainy Autumn day (October 2018) at the Nikka Yuko Japanese Garden in Lethbridge, Alberta. Next, (4) cherry trees blooming at the Jardín Japonés in Buenos Aires, in July 2017 (voiceover in Spanish, but there isn't all that much voiceover anyway). Last, (5) we have the Camellia Grove and Lake Loop at Shinzen Friendship Garden in Fresno, California.
So far the one I loved the best is the Botanical Garden NYC, it was long enough and interesting enough to keep the kids occupied for 20 min.
I also showed them the one in Italian for spring with the poem. They loved it. Thanks as always Robin.
Wow, my son would not have watched plants and flowers! Yay, that’s great.

I have not spent enough time checking out zoo videos, but I do know many of them have been posting updates with longer videos! Cincinnati Zoo has ads before the video, but then lots of 10-15 minute videos, the cheetah one has keepers talking too…

Thank you Robin!
Today is cloudy and cold, a perfect day for these videos.
Thoroughly enjoying all your ‘garden’ postings, Robin, thank you. Disappointed, though it’s understandable, that our beloved RHS Chelsea Flower Show has been cancelled this year – am always glued to it on telly, & have always meant to attend in person, though it’s so busy I’d question how practical it is to see everything one might want to see. Good old BBC are showing ‘best of’ compilations from over the years, though, so looking forward to that.
I have a highlights of the Chelsea Flower Show post coming up — lots of them are on YouTube…the RHS has a really good YouTube channel if you have not seen it:

Look forward to seeing your RHS Chelsea clips then, Robin. Yes, I’m aware of the RHS YouTube channel – but thank you anyway!
