I have the lavender (though I bought it at Lassens*, not Target) and putting it on before bed has led to deeper sleep and sweeter dreams. Granted, it could very well be the placebo effect, but either way it smells good and makes me happy!

I can’t use witch hazel on my face, too harsh, but you’re right this would make a very cheap spray for bedtime. Lavender for my pillow and it wouldn’t ruin my linens. The lilac is also appealing.
