Yes, I am hungry at the moment, why do you ask? From Ritual Chocolate's new-ish Mountain line, the Juniper Lavender 70% bar. "Inspired by the mountains and growers of Utah, this bar is a blend of lavender grown by Lavender Hill Farms in Eden, Utah and dried juniper berries. Both ingredients are finely ground into Ritual's Mid Mountain Blend giving a floral, aromatic finish that lingers on the tongue and conjures up the scent of a high mountain meadow." About $10, and do comment if you've tried one.

OOOOOOH. The last fancy chocolate I got was a goat milk one somewhere out on the West Coast and it was divine, but lavender chocolate is just THE BEST combo.
There is an indie ice cream shop in my city called Meu Meu and most years they have a batch of lavender ice cream. A scoop of that plus a scoop of their Dutch dark chocolate together is everything my summer needs.
Oh, that ice cream sounds lovely!
There is a lavender farm outside Montréal that sells all kinds of lavender goodies: ice cream, honey, caramel, jam. But no chocolate. I did have a locally made bar near there that had juniper berries in it… it was very interesting. Would love to try this one.
Dolfin makes a decent lavender bar. I can’t remember who else does. Have never had a juniper berry bar though!
