A summer fruit cheap thrill: EOS lip balms in pineapple passionfruit and coconut milk. One is a stick and and one is a sphere; your guess is as good as mine. "Our creamy and exotic Coconut Milk flavor tastes like tropical papaya and coconut to bring on those beach vacation vibes. Our tart and tropical Pineapple Passionfruit flavor tastes like a fresh and fruity island colada." $4.49 at EOS.

I get a lot of credit when I give EOS balms to nieces and friends’ teenage daughters – they are evidently quite hip – and in England relatively expensive to boot.
I did not know they were hip — now I want them more 🙂
Yes, I can attest to this. I’ve been the “cool aunt” because I gave my young niece EOS for Christmas. I found the LE Holiday 3-pack (cranberry, gingerbread and Vanilla something) and stuck it in her stocking. I think teens like them because of the distinct packaging, unlike a stick balm, everyone knows you have EOS with the sphere. Dumb I know, but hey I was the same way with the giant Lipsmackers of my youth. We could have used regular old Chapstick, but noooooo, we wanted those bright marker sized balms.
Yep — Dr Pepper Lipsmacker!
Our daughter hates lip balm but she *loves” the EOS sphere, in the pomegranate raspberry flavor. When you can find them, they’re ridiculously pricey here in France, too. I usually just have them sent over by friends when they send ‘care packages from the states.
My daughter and her friends carry the round ones in their purses, although I really don’t understand that format, but whatever. I’ve seen them at Walmart in the check-out aisle.
I tried one and found it quite useless as it wore down and became more like a pot of lip balm needing a finger to apply. Didn’t find it very moisterizing either. I’ll stick with the tangerine/orange one I get from Whole Foods for $1.99!
