Practically free! Why not? I am a ylang-ylang floozy. The one essential oil I would literally bathe in…..
I neglected to even check to see if they sell samples — I was just charmed by the idea of an Anne fragrance 🙂
Ah yes, the first three words that come to mind when thinking of Anne Shirley: “modest,” “feminine” and “soft”.
LOL — yeah, have to wonder if anybody read the book.
Ha!
THANK YOU. My first thought was, “She wouldn’t be caught dead in this scent.”
(She did get a bit less interesting in the latest books. Maybe this is the scent she’d wear after becoming Anne Blythe.)
Anyway these books hold a very precious place in my heart, and if someone could capture the real scent of Anne Shirley, I’d trip over myself to get a sample.
Uh, besides the copy not describing Anne at all, the only one of those notes that has anything to do with Anne is lavender. There is so much in those books about flowers and Anne in particular loved them, so this was an interesting opportunity. But ylang ylang and mandarin in PEI?
I’m with you, Koyel!
