I already use a magnesium lotion, but did not know you could buy scented versions. Nfuse makes body lotions in citrus, eucalyptus, lavender and rose (and an unscented version as well), all with 110mg per teaspoon, about $15 each, and they also make magnesium-based deodorants. You can find them at Amazon.

Learn something new around here most every day…wonder if magnesium lotion would help my aching thumb joints? May have to add to my next Amazon order.
My mom uses magnesium lotion to alleviate leg cramps from Restless Leg Syndrome. She said it provides instant relief. Truth or placebo, I din’t know.
I’ve used a magnesium spray that gives limited immediate relief.
Lots of people take the supplements and experience pain relief.
Might be worth a try.
Do tell more about the Mag supplements, please!
I take daily magnesium supplements, 150mg. Go slow when you start as it can cause diarrhea and cramps. I get leg and foot cramps if I stop taking it for too long.
Magnesium absorbs very well transdermally, so do many other vitamins and minerals. I have never used it for pain relief though.
This is really interesting. Think I’ll give it a try.
