Possibly a cheap summer thrill? From St. Ives, hydrating facial mists in orange, grapefruit or lavender, about $6 each for 125 ml.

I never used to use a facial mist, but now I love them. A fresh easy way to cool off on a hot day, or a nice chance to freshen my humectant moisturizer. I like a rose one I found in Paris, but these are easier to find and a good price. My only observation is I don’t like the plastic bottle. I carry mine in my purse, these seem like “leakers” but maybe not. I’d try both citrus ones, at $6 a cheap thrill.
I am a long time user of Heritage Rosewater & Glycerin, which also comes in plastic — I don’t carry it around though. I am going to see if I can find these at the grocery store, I know they have a lot of St Ives stuff.
R: aren’t orange, grapefruit and lavender about the WORST things to put on your skin? And the face at that!
I was thinking the same thing.
Oh, possibly. I am not thinking these have any huge amount of real essential oils.
I got one full size fancy schmancy one in a Birchbox. I love it. I don’t carry it with me, either. In the heat, it has been the saving grace.
Ah, which brand?
I’ll have to check. I love it.
Georgette Plunger Coconut Facial Mist. $9 at Birchbox. N/a
It feels so refreshing.
I’m going to assume you mean Georgette Klinger — and that is a funny autocorrect 🙂
Thanks!
O that is so funny!
Maybe the Plumber line is discontinued, ?
I can’t even auto that right?
The PlunGer line.
I wouldn’t mind a lavender one..if it smelled like true lavender.
I like Mario Bedescue facial mists, there’s a rose, lavender and cucumber – maybe more? – comparable price at Ulta which admittedly is less convenient than the grocery store. The St Ives orange one sounds nice.
