Roger & Gallet has launched a new quartet of fragrances for men: L’Homme Menthe, L’Homme Cèdre, L’Homme Vétyver and L’Homme Patchouli.
L’Homme Menthe ~ a modern fougère developed by perfumer Bruno Jovanovic. "Feel cool and confident with Roger & Gallet L’Homme Menthe Eau de Toilette Spray, a spirited and self-assuring scent that will be your new sidekick for everyday life. Masculine and refreshing, the Roger & Gallet L’Homme Menthe Eau de Toilette Spray is the latest addition to the L’Homme family and will wash over the wearer in a cascade of confidence-inducing notes - just perfect for the modern day man! A punchy opening of green lemon and basil will instantly heighten your focus, before blending into a captivating heart of peppermint and sage geranium. In the base, a blend of vetiver and patchouli create rugged masculinity that will make you want to reach for this easy- to-wear scent everyday." Additional notes include cardamom and musk.
L’Homme Cèdre ~ A woody citrus. "Famous perfumer Karine Dubreuil crafted L’Homme Cèdre to bring together freshness and intensity for the modern active man. At the heart, the green, dry, resinous smell of cedar, warmed by vetiver, emphasizes the freshness of a grapefruit faceted by notes of tea. This unique woody citrus blend exudes a dynamic, ultra fresh fragrance, to bring a revitalising sense of well-being."
L’Homme Vétyver ~ developed by perfumer Aliénor Massenet, and featuring mandarin, orange, vetyver, benzoin and myrrh.
L’Homme Patchouli ~ a chypre. "Developed by expert perfumer Nicole Mahieu, L'Homme Patchouli is a timeless woody fragrance for the classic gentleman. The crisp citrus notes contrast with the roasted tonka and cracked leather. This wonderfully aromatic classic is made using precious distilled essences with zesty top notes, floral heart notes of lavender and geranium, alongside a rustic base of oak and sandalwood."
Roger & Gallet L’Homme Menthe, L’Homme Cèdre, L’Homme Vétyver and L’Homme Patchouli are available in 100 ml and in matching grooming products.

Only four??? ?
Ha…they have been too busy on the women’s front to overdo the men’s front.
Sounds like they all a majority of notes in common: citrus, cedar, vetiver, and patchouli in different permutations? Bet the chypre smells an awful lot like the fougère…
… like they all have, I meant to say.
And I am not sure if they are all related to the original L’Homme, for that matter.
Ah, yes: possibly my old friend, the non-flanking flanker.
