Comptoir Sud Pacifique has launched Éclats d'Amandes, a new fragrance in the Eau de Voyage collection.
Eclats d’Amandes, a « raw » fragrance that leaves no one indifferent. Quintessence of spices and exotic woods, this rich and sensual scent with its notes of Almond and Cinnamon becomes, as it evolves, creamy, balsamic and a little animal in its trail.
Additional notes include tonka bean, cedar, sandalwood and musk.
Comptoir Sud Pacifique Éclats d'Amandes is available in 10, 30 and 100 ml Eau de Parfum.

I think CSP has passed their peak: nothing of theirs I’ve smelled in the last decade has interested me in the slightest, and the last one I actually bought was Vanille Ambre, almost eight years ago (it was launched in 2001, discontinued, and relaunched in that glass bottle). I tried Vanille Blackberry a couple of days ago at Sephora and it’s just…wrong, with all kinds of synthetic ingredients chucked in — back in the day, when they were doing all those gorgeously simple vanilla-plus-one scents, it would have been blackberry and vanilla and hardly anything else.
I guess what I’m saying is that I don’t hold out much hope for this one, although I’ll give it a try if I stumble across it.
Quite possibly, although I probably missed their heyday altogether but not being a vanilla fiend.
