Looks like Ulta has started selling their own brand of essential oils? Shown is Bergamot ("known for its balancing & mood lifting properties"), 5 ml for $7. There are lots of others, including Frankincense, Patchouli, Lemon, Ylang Ylang, Lavender, Eucalyptus and Clary Sage, plus some essential oil blends in argan oil.

I bought several of their house brand essential oil aromatherapy rollerballs and was not impressed. Although they smelled great in the store, by the time I broke them out of the packaging a few weeks later to wear, the scent had degraded to near nothing.
Aha, thanks so much LunaGrrrl! I will stick with the Aura Cacia things I get at Whole Foods.
I was told that diffusing clary sage would help with my perimenopausal mood swings…..my husband is pretty convinced that it’s not doing much! LOL! 🙂
I think it takes something a little stronger than clary sage, LOL…
Google “Siberian Rhubarb “
. I am dealing with the same issue and a started taking the Siberian Rhubarb capsules (Purchased on eBay) a couple of months ago and I think it’s helping with moodiness and better quality sleep at night. Also black currant oil, calcium/magnesium and quitting refined sugar help immensely!
