French niche line Etat Libre d’Orange will launch Une Amourette, a new fragrance made in collaboration with French fashion designer Roland Mouret.
Is it a passing fancy, a momentary catching-of-the-eye, a brief encounter, or something else? Will it endure, will it last forever? Does it really matter? This is now, this is how you feel At one special moment in time. And whatever happens, you will make an indelible memory.
Une Amourette is a love affair — it won’t last forever, but it’s unforgettable.
The notes make a complex statement, far beyond the simple passing fancy. The citrus of neroli, spicy and floral, blends with the soft, elegant iris. The sweetness of vanilla is tempered by akigalawood, a special distillation of patchouli that creates a woodiness.
Une Amourette — a contemporary fragrance, but like iconic fashion or a passionate liaison, it’s timeless. This is the scent of a woman a man wants to remember.
Etat Libre d’Orange Une Amourette Roland Mouret will be available in 50 or 100 ml Eau de Parfum. Look for it in November.

Update: Une Amourette Roland Mouret was developed by perfumer Daniela Andrier.
Isnt this their third launch in like…a year???
I still have their sample set to go through, but somehow I keep coming back to three scents: jasmin et cigarette, fat electrician and afternoon of a faun. The others I dont like that much.
They did 2 in 2016, and this will make 2 in 2017. So, not at all bad in comparison to some lines!
True!
Amd they do not launch 6 or 8 or 12 scents at once for 250 euro per bottle.
To me those launches just scream “we only care about marketing and selling and not about making a quality product”
The description sounds like they are twisting the words of Queen’s Bohemian Rhapsody.
Ah, ear worm.
The notes, especially patchouli, sound tempting. I’ll remember to look for this.
This sounds very pretty! And a pretty name. ????
I like that bottle! Not wild about vanilla, but I’ll give it a try.
