This reminds me of my favorite eye balm, Panda Eye Balm by TonyMoly. It also has a “compact unobstrusive design and unique push up style” and is under $10 at Ulta. Love it over my lighter eye cream or by itself at night.
Now i really want something like this, maybe not at $44 a pop, lol
