British niche line Floris has launched Imperial Iris Cologne, a new limited edition citrus floral fragrance in the brand's By Request series.
A limited edition run of 100 eau de parfum bottles which have been hand-poured and labelled at 89 Jermyn Street. A fragrant conversation, delicately interlacing notes between two ladies of the Belle Époque era. Imperial in its setting, yet a fresh, light-hearted moment interpreted into a fragrance of style, fashion and identity. Set as a modern reading of the Eau de Cologne, brought forward with a touch of depth and longevity. Woven with sparkling bergamot and a surprising green cassis opening, with a citrus floral heart and a bold powdery twist of iris.
This is a fragrance of captivating elegance and vibrant celebration. An era of romantic summer afternoons and glorious sunshine.
Additional notes include marine, lavender, petitgrain, neroli, rose, geranium, sandalwood, woody amber and musk.
Floris London Imperial Iris Cologne is £160 for 100 ml.

This and yesterday’s Robert Piguet newest offering make me long for a private jet so I could hop across the pond for a sniff. ????
There’s certainly an uber for that 😉
I was curious until i’ve read the marine descriptor :S
That usually saves me too.
Ahh, the limited edition run. 🙁
Just as well given the price.
