For Korean skincare fans — Neogen's Real Fresh Foam cleansers are made of plant extracts, and come in Cereal, Cranberry, Blueberry and Green Tea as shown, and in Orange. Each has the fermented material in question suspended in a compartment at the bottom of the bottle. Around $19 each.

Fermented substance for the face does not sound too appealing, but then again, Korean skincare does get excellent reviews overall so there must be something to it…kind of like drinking herbal remedies that taste awful or using a poultice of some sort to cure all sorts of ailments.
I use a Korean-inspired niacinamide serum (shark sauce) that has fermented something in it, honestly I don’t even remember what. But not sure I really want to see bits of fermented stuff floating in my face wash? For some reason these caught my eye though.
I use Shark Sauce, too, and all kinds of products with all kinds of fermented stuff 🙂
I’ve never used these particular products but I do love Neogen’s Bio-Peel Gauze Peeling pads in wine and lemon. They lightly exfoliate and massively hydrate, and smell really good!
Oh thank you, because I was looking at those too!
