Luxury niche line Clive Christian has launched Noble VIII Rococo Immortelle, a new fragrance for men. Noble VIII Rococo Immortelle is the masculine counterpart to Noble VIII Rococo Magnolia.
Referencing the Rococo era's predilection for overt yet playful grandeur, Rococo Immortelle harnesses the sensual, honeyed note of this infamous everlasting flower and fuses it with woody undertones that provide elegant depth of character.
Clive Christian Noble VIII Rococo Immortelle is available now for pre-order at Neiman Marcus, $550 for 50 ml Eau de Parfum.

The cost is absolutely ridiculous! Spoke to a chap in their Glasgow ‘bespoke kitchen design’ shop who told me that Mr Christian’s daughter is the force behind their fragrance line – didn’t think it was appropriate for me to then comment that I would never forgive them for discontinuing the Crown Perfumery fragrances when they bought the company – I notice they’ve retained the bottle design, however!
And I still like Crown Eau de Russe better than anything they’ve done under the Clive Christian name!
Mine was Van Ess Bouquet; I’ve sniffed a few since CC took over but nothing stood out I must admit.
Might have mentioned this before, Robin, but Crown Perfumery had a stand-alone shop in the Burlington Arcade, many years ago – beautiful spot, & when I bought a bottle of the Van Ess Bouquet I was given samples of all their fragrances of the same ilk.
Oh how lovely! I really never got to try most of their stuff, and even the Eau de Russe was nearly gone by the time I smelled it.
