Fragonard has launched Rose Lavande, a new addition to their Le Jardin de Fragonard collection.
A fragrance combining rose and lavender, spiked with citrus fruit and decorated with very pretty fabric patterns inspired by the collections of the Musée Provençal du Costume et du Bijou (Grasse).
Additional notes include pear, peony, tonka bean and violet leaf.
Fragonard Rose Lavande is available in 50 ml Eau de Parfum, €32.

Is it just me focusing on the note, or is lavender having a small moment among France/Provence based houses? AP Bucoliques de Provence, L’Occitane Terre de Lumiere, and now Fragonard.
I think it is, for the past few years maybe, and also in more mainstream fragrances (Bvlgari Thé Bleu, Burberry Brit Rhythm)
… Mon Guerlain although I did not smel any when I tried it a week or two back.
Right, how quickly I forgot!
Hi:) I’ve tried it today.. it is quite interesting and truly aromatic! I don’t like lavander that much but here it is well put in the aromatic construction and gently hidden. To me the scent is delicious – gourmand and has an uplifting power. There is no cinnamon mentioned but there is a cinnamon alike effect on me, which I find alluring.
