Diptyque's redesigned hourglass diffuser, Le Sablier, due to launch in May in six fragrances: 34 Boulevard Saint-Germain, Baies, Figuier (my pick), Gingembre, Fleur d’oranger (shown) and Roses. $175 each, with a $60 refill (refills should last several months).
I wonder if they’ve re-engineered the sillage of the diffuser. Terrible new design. the previous one was far more elegant.
Apparently there were complaints about the diffusion from the old design, and this one is supposed to work better — but have not seen any reviews! It is supposed to diffuse only for the hour or so after it is flipped, though.
