Cerruti celebrates the brand's 50th anniversary with Cerruti 1881 Signature, a new fragrance for men.
Cerruti 1881 Signature was developed by perfumer Nadège Le Garlantezec. Notes for the spicy oriental include pepper, nutmeg, cypress, grapefruit, labdanum, leather, cardamom, vetiver, amber and patchouli.
Cerruti 1881 Signature is available in 50 and 100 ml Eau de Parfum.

Update: Cerruti's description — "Named creative director of Cerruti in 2015, Jason Basmajian has breathed a new lease of life into the Cerruti label while carefully maintaining the heritage of its founder, Nino Cerruti. The brand's new vision of masculinity embodies a laidback elegance, with a natural and upfront kind of chic, charisma and virility. This vision also inspired the "Cerruti 1881 Signature" fragrance, embodying the spirit of the new Cerruti man. This spicy, coppery and oriental scent was developed in collaboration with perfumer Nadège Le Garlantezec, who selected ingredients full of character, sometimes heady -- almost intoxicating -- and sometimes bringing a touch of sensuality."
I just obtained a 125 ml bottle of 1881 Bella Notte, which is quite good, with elements of Brit Men and L’Instant Homme. Check ebay for some great prices, but the point here is, why should I buy a scent like this new, paying near full retail at best? Why not wait a few months or so and getting it for a third or a quarter of retail?
I suppose because some people want the latest thing, and don’t mind paying full price for it? But you’ll get no argument from me.
or try to find a decant of it.
