Aerin will launch Rose de Grasse d'Or in February. The new fragrance for women is a flanker to 2015's Rose de Grasse.
Just like its floral predecessor, Rose de Grasse, Rose de Grasse d'Or has a luxe base of rose otto Bulgarian, an essential oil extracted from one of the world's rarest flowers. The scent base is softened with mossy, earthy notes like cedarwood and patchouli and rounded-out with a sexy and sensual hit of oud, leather, and musk.
Aerin Rose de Grasse d'Or will be a limited edition, and will come in bottles "hand-painted with 18-carat gold". It will available at Saks Fifth Avenue in New York City, $950 for 100 ml Parfum.

Yikes, they’re sure proud of their d’Or.
Apparently!
Hmmm, I just lost interest.
🙂
Grasse rose from Bulgaria? I’m pretty sure the only rose grown in Grasse is centifolia (rose de mai). I saw a documentary about Bulgarian rose gatherers a while ago. They don’t make much money to say the least.
The original had 3 kinds of rose, would be surprised if this one was only Bulgarian rose.
Oh my, that price is a shock to the system. My wallet is safe lol
